Hampton Inn Alice

The room was mostly cleaned and the options for breakfast were amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and the local food nearby was excellent.

The rooms here are impressive and beautiful with a tub. You will find a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. Affable staff provides an outstanding service.

convenient access to parks and vibrant local dining scene

The effective location allowed me to easily stroll to nearby parks for some bird watching and enjoy some delicious nachos from the amazing local joint just a few steps away, making my stay enjoyable.

Nice pool onsite, reasonably large and updated room with a couch and a sofa bed, as example...

Not very friendly staff!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly snacks in the breakfast area.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The noise from other guests disrupted our sleep. The cleanliness of the room was questionable .

Outdoor pool was great, but the hot tub was dirty and unusable.

The queen room was spacious with a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with homemade desserts and a wide variety of options. While the microwave in my room was missed during cleaning, I appreciated the attentive service and overall cleanliness throughout the stay. Despite some litter around the grounds, the staff remained friendly.

The nachos at that local joint down the street were to die for! Perfectly crispy and topped with all the right fixings. The hotel keeps you close to the good stuff. It's near tons of stores and restaurants that give you a taste of Alice life. Plus, the breakfast had some solid options that hit the spot.

I wasn't thrilled about the extra $50 fee for leaving the room clean, especially with spots on the walls from past guests and a microwave that could've used a scrub. Still, it left me with a bit of a mixed vibe.

Extremely clean room, and the breakfast selection was excellent, especially the smoked meat. Service left much to be desired. The lack of hospitality, especially during social gatherings, dampened the experience. The hot tub was in an unclean state, which did not help. Despite a few positives, the overall service needs improvement.

great stay but minor room concerns

The room was clean, which I appreciated. Danny, the staff member, always greeted us with a smile and was eager to help. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, especially the homemade desserts that added a wonderful touch to the morning. I found the atmosphere in the common areas inviting, allowing my family to relax comfortably .

The room was comfortable, but the sliding door had visible repairs.
